Disconnected!!

I was on hold for around 40 minutes this am hoping to get an AP rate for Polynesian LVC for October and finally thought I was getting through only to be disconnected! Did this happen to anyone else? I'm trying again but feel like giving up for today!

I received the email for Nov.-Dec.. Does anyone know if the code is the same for October?
 
I just read another post that said there are no Poly concierge rooms available with the AP discount in October anyway. :(

I was disconnected right after the CM took my reservation number!:eek:

Everyone should make sure that they have your phone number first.

Lori, was that Helen at special needs...or maybe she also does regular reservations? Anyway, I've worked with her in the past and I agree she's a GEM!

Thanks Debbie, I just read that, too. I disconnected myself this time! I think I will attack the mountain of laundry that awaits me after being gone a week and a half.

I was disconnected after 47 minutes!
 
disconnected after 42 min. - gave me a chance to recharge my calling card which was down to 6 minutes anyways!
 
I was just disconnected after being on hold for an hour. I am not a happy camper right now :mad: :mad: :mad:
 
What in the world is going on with the phone systems????
 
I was disconnected after holding for an hour this morning. Had to call back and hold time was 45 minutes. Yeah, I have time for that before work :rolleyes:
Then CSR was not available for my dates. Oh well, stayed with POP and got a discount.
 
Keep trying folks.. Phone systems always have a cap. Once they hit that the system just can't take it and breaks. Instead of not letting more people through period.. it ends up losing already queued folks. Or even worse.. in progress calls...

I work for IBM and when we have virus outbreaks our ph lines always break too.. Sorry guys! Technology isn't perfect. But GOOD LUCK GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Now.. where are the ROOM ONLY general codes? I'll get to sit on hold when those come out!

What a BEAUTIFUL baby picture!! Nothing to add to the hang up discussion but I had to comment about the picture!
 
I was disconnected too. I uttered my first line to the CM, then nothing! I was on hold for about 45 minutes. I had been on hold at home for 30 minutes and had to hang up to leave for work, then this. I called back and held for about 35 minutes, then I found out nothing was available. This was for one night, Dec. 4, all they had was AKL. Makes me so glad we bought DVC so I this doesn't have to be a regular thing!!
 
What are the "ROOM ONLY general codes" that catherines_mama was referring to and where does that get posted?

Any info is much appreciated. Thanks!!

BCV23, yes, it was Helen from the Special Needs line. My heart sank when we were disconnected because I got through right at 7:00. I sent Disney an email about what a great job she did for me. She could have easily gone to the next call.
