I think it's beautiful!!! It looks great on the gorgeous Jayden (sp?), too! I like that it's not very twirly.

You got some really cute stuff! Do you think the panels are iron-on designs? I love that Cinderella fabric! :lovestruc Your dog is too cute!!

Okay, is it just me, or is Giselle, like...smoking hot? YEESH! :lmao: :lmao:
:rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2:

All of these are going to require some kind of glue to hold them to the fabric. Thanks on the compliment of the doggie her is my wittle baby.

I thought they looked like someone could have made a design on a transfer and ironed it onto the fabric panel. They look similar to the ones from WalMart a while back. Or, do you think they bought it already printed on the fabric? I hope I'm making sense. :upsidedow

The castles are printed on by a printer. They will have to be heat set before I do anything with them. The others are made that way and the package says that they are washable.

Hi GA-K!

Is that the You Can MakeThis pattern? OMGosh, you did an amazing job! :lovestruc

I'm going this weekend to pick up some springy fabrics in limes and pinks. I can't wait to get started on the easy peasy stripwork jumper. Time to dust off my sewing machine and start sewing!
OHHHH it sounds like UM has her sewing groove back- can't wait to see what you make popcorn::

I have a bunch of those panels and they still had them at my walmart last I checked they were on clearance for $3. The cindy fabric is cute!! So is the doggie ;) That Giselle is kinda Sireny but I like her. Maybe they will foo foo her up if she stays popular. ds saw her on an old commercial from a dvr'ed show and said we have to get that movie!!! It was funny!!

Don't misunderstand...I LOVE Giselle....she's gorgeous...and she's a cartoon...how does that happen? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Hey, I am tired and smelly so I am taking a shower and going to bed but I wanted to say:

I made a bow!!!!! Actually 4! Pictures tomorrow!

And Teresa, I just saw today the section of scrunchies just for me in your bookmarks (when I was trying to figure out how to make a bow). You are so sweet! :lovestruc

Happy Valentine's Day! Good night!

I'm pretty sure if I were a cartoon I'd be gorgeous :lmao:

I certainly would be since I could really erase wrinkles, cellulite, hips, etc. ;)

Well, here's what I've been working on frantically to get it out today. I was so happy I got it done with plenty of time for photos.

That is a piece of art. The skirt is especially cute - I love the extra ruffles. You have such a way with fabric - your combinations are perfect. I love Michael Miller Ironwork fabric. It's so expensive here ($30+ a yd) might have to try ebaying me some lol as it works perfectly in all your designs.

I'm so excited  - a couple of lovely dis-ers have been disney fabric shopping for me and the first package is on it's way YAY what a fab bunch you are. And for once I don't feel guilty about fabric shopping as I'm not the one walking out with armfuls of fabric lol :rolleyes1 So...... YAY I get to do some disney customs too :) I'll try hard not to stalk our postie lol :)

Hmmmmmmm now what to do first. I'm guessing the twirl skirt is a definite must have :D I've seen those corsety type tops all over the place so I'm sure in my head I can figure something else (probably won't look as cool) and a peasant top.... I may need to actually buy a pattern for that.

FAB-U-LOUS!!!!!!

I'm leaving tomorrow for Disney! Whoohoo! I can't wait, especially after all of the snow/ice we've had here the last few days.

Here's what I've been working on for our trip.

Blankets for the stroller.

Mickey for DS2. I took a picture of Mickey and traced his sillouette for an applique. Then appliqued it onto both sides of the blanket. One side is the applique and the other is just the black thread. Make sense?

Side with Applique:

Ariel for DD4. I used a pillowcase and appliqued around it. Again, the back is only the thread part.

Princesses for DD5 (6 next week!). Cinderella pillowcase.

Dresses are next......

They came out so nice. Perfect for a Disney Vacation

Very nice work Aimee, as usual!:thumbsup2

I made DD a WHITE ;) underdress to test to see how it would look under the jumpers that I have made her. I think it looks cute!
Belle jumper (No I still haven't decided on what color roses to put on this!)

Red corduroy jumper that I made from Christmas

:worship: Can I borrow some of your talent?

I handpiece the applique.

All of the outfits posted in the last couple of days are amazing. What a creative bunch :goodvibes

I've got at least 12 pages to catch up on tomorrow morning. I'm so far behind and I just didn't get to read last night and today.

We went to Disney on Ice last night for Finding Nemo. I just wanted to post the Nemo top on Delaney. She had a great time.

See, she really does smile. :rotfl:

I'm looking forward to the long weekend, we've got a lot going on around the house, our tv died last weekend and I was able to find a replacement on craigslist that is a regular tube tv but it's HD so I'm happy about that and it was a good price. I have to admit I was freaking over how expensive tvs are, the one that died I paid $250 8 years ago and I thought that was bad. :scared1: That tv didn't have anything on the LCD and plasma tvs. Those are really scary.

I'm also looking forward to all the sales at Hancock and Joann's this weekend. I'm hoping to get enough patterns to get the customs done for our June trip. I also need to pick up some fabric for St. Pat's and the June trip. I keep finding the Butterick patterns when they are on sale but haven't hit the McCall's or Simplicity so those are on sale this weekend and I'm excited. :woohoo:

I'm hoping to catch up tomorrow, I'll be in and out of the house, I have to go get my new running shoes, I can't believe I'm so excited about this pair of shoes but my old ones have been killing my feet, I'm looking forward to blister free runs now. :yay:

Lisa Zoe, I LOVE the Aurora outfit, I'm glad DD is sleeping because she'd be screaming for that one, Aurora and Cinderella are her favorites. She's been wanting an Aurora outfit. Your work is so amazing. I can only hope that with lots of practice that I'll be half as good as you are! :worship:

I hope everyone had a nice Valentine's Day. We went out to lunch with the ladies from one of my pool classes, one of our members was celebrating the 5th anniversary of her being cancer free. We had pizza at home tonight. DH and DD got me an iTunes card so I could put some new tunes on my iPod to run to, I'm so glad they didn't get me chocolate.

I'm off to bed, my hubby is already snoring next to me, I should take advantage of him not being so loud for a change and try to fall asleep before he gets that loud. :lmao:

Happy Valentine's Day! Good night!
So, did making the bows cause you to be tired and smelly? ;) You have officially made more bows than I have. My grand tally is 3, if you count the ones shaped like Cinderella and Ariel. Can't wait to see your pictures. Yes, my sister is sweet!:cloud9:

How pretty! Tessa just said today that she wants an Aurora outfit. So, go ahead and send it on over. :rotfl:
