Disboard Meets...What's worked for you?

Hi all,
We head out in less then 2 wks and I was curious when and where are good times to do the meets. We have about 10 families who may want to meet.

Need suggestions on times and places to meet. What's worked for you?

WE just had a very successful meet on the July 5th Magic. We met during the Sail-a-way party, at 5:00pm on deck 10 on the starboard side, looking over the goofy pool. We had at least seven of our DIS families show up.

I have been to 2 GREAT DIS meets. Both were at 5pm deck 10 overlooking the Goofy pool. One member of the group made up very cute name tags with the DIS name and "real" name on them. On both trips I bought lanyards for all the DIS'ers. This came in very handy for the rest of the trip because if you saw someone with the Red White and Blue "USA" lanyard, you knew they were a DIS"er!
