DISaver rebate on Univ. Portofino

I want to use my DISaver membership to book an upcoming stay at Universal Orlando's Loews Portofino Bay Hotel. I tried to find my $180.00 rate (deluxe pool view room) using the Universal Vacations site listed on the home page, but was unable to find a rate lower than $283.00. A cust. svc. rep told me that my Entertainment Book rate won't come up on their website but is available by calling in the reservation to Loews.
She was unaware of DISavers so couldn't tell me if booking that way would keep the ressie eligible for the rebate.
Can one of the webmasters help?

DISsavers can book discounted rooms at the Universal Resorts, including Portofino Bay, Hard Rock Hotel and the new Royal Pacific. You will receive your rebate as with any other booking.
