Disappointment re premier gold

Yesterday I received a letter saying I could upgrade for £99 pp, decided we would spend the extra £500 so rang them to upgrade. I was told it was a clerical error and the price would be £199 pp I'm really disappointed I can't justify the extra £1000 pounds.

Sorry you are disappointed but you can use the spare £500 for something else now.
