Disappointed no 2017 xmas cruise on Dream for me

we have been on the Dream for the first xmas cruise a couple of times and really wanted to do so again in 2017. The week of nov 10th is our last week we can before my wife's holiday craft fair scramble begins. This yr DCL rented the ship out to a group so you can't book it. We had to book the week before. Boo! And not boo as in Halloween but boo as in no theme. My wife hated the Halloween cruise we did but I thought it was ok.

The title is very misleading. Please add "for us" before people start saying that the DIS says no xmas cruises on the dream next year.

No it's not. They've chartered the boat on the 11/10/17 sailing date. There will be Very Merrytime cruises after that. The title sounds like there are Christmas cruises at all for the Dream next year.

Yes the title is very misleading.

I could start a thread saying no Alaska cruise on wonder in 2017. Or no European cruise on magic in 2017 than give my reason for not going.

I agree that the title is very misleading. There are many Dream Merrytime cruises, just none that the poster is able to do.

@CamColt or @AquaDame could one of you edit the title? I agree with the previous posters that the title sounds like there will be no cruise on the Dream over Christmas itself - instead the poster is talking about the Dream Very Merrytime cruises starting later in 2017 due to the ship being chartered in early November.

That's what I was thinking. Opened to read what they were going to do on Christmas Day instead of cruising.
