Disappointed in Member Relations

I don't see why I should have to rent an appliance to make it possible to stay at a resort I pay a lot of maintenance for every year. Do I have to rent a TV? When I was a little kid, hotels and motels charged extra for a TV. When I joined DVC, Disney charged for internet access. Things should improve, not go backward.
In any event, I checked in at OKW and the room has a mini-fridge with a freezer section. I put in my food, and now I'm set!

The TVs have changed over the years and now when rooms are reburbished, coolers will be the norm. You can accept it or continue to complain. If they completed removed the coolers or TVs that would be different. Enjoy your stay and yes I know William that used to be at OKW and I know Joy.

We were at kidani and now blt. Both had freezers.

It seems to me that having a few with freezers to swap out when needed is a solution. Having a freezer at the lobby desk is good for when all the swaps are used. I regularly have a friend stay in a studio and he needs frozen medicine. He is not a member, and is fine with using the hotel’s freezer when necessary.

I’m glad this time the OKW studio has a freezer section.

They still have the Conch Flat tour on Wednesdays. I didn't ask if William is back.
