Disappointed in Ebates.........

for the past two months my purchases did not show up in my pending cash back.
I emailed them to let them know and they are looking into it.
I have 3 purchases that should show by now, that aren't

I have never had a problem in the past
I don't think I will use ebates anymore. whats the point if its going to be a hassle

Sometimes it take a week or so, but I have had no problem.

yep its usually been about a week or less for me in the past,
these purchases are all coming up on 30 days..........they said to give it at least 30 days til they show!

Okay, this is going to sound like a dumb question, and it's NOT meant to be offensive or critical in ANY way, but... are you sure you linked through ebates before you made the purchases? I haven't been having any trouble at all with getting credited. Now, actually getting paid was another story. My previous-to-this-quarter total credit was $3.58 - and as you know, they won't issue a payment for less than $5 or $5.01. But my credits all appeared on my account.

Another thought - are you sure you were signed in on your account, especially if someone else who uses your computer also has an ebates account?

There have been a coupole of times where the cashback for something I bought never showed after 30 days. I filled out the form on their website with as much detail as possibly could, sent it in, and then waited. Each time it took a couple of weeks, but everytime I did get the cashback, no questions asked.

but yes I am sure I went thru ebates, the tracking ticket is there for the store, date and time I made the purchase.
i got an email from them to send them the screen shot of the order confirmation page.

The only other possible thing could be an "outside" coupon. If you use a code not on the Ebates site, you risk not getting the credit. I sometimes take the chance - win some, lose some. I had very quick credit for my black Friday and cyber Monday shopping.
