Disappointed at Kouzzina

We visited Kouzzina for dinner twice this year, in Feb and in Aug. Both times our servers were outstanding. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was festive. I ordered the Fisherman's Stew both times (can't get enough of it!!) and it was delicious both times. Our servers were very attentive and it was a wonderful experience.

I'm sad that the service/quality is so inconsistent from person to person. Kouzzina is on our list for January 2012. Hopefully we will have the same outstanding experience that we have enjoyed in the past.
