PROTEIN is your friend and fiber. Maybe and apple with peanut butter? I have actually eaten a tablespoon of peanut butter by itself and it helped cure the hungries for me.
HA! If only it was that easy. My older sister was not blessed either and I keep teasing we could get a 2 for one, mine get smaller and hers get bigger. Everyone wins! But seriously....I have been the same size since about 8th grade

No matter what my weight, the twins are still there.
Yeah, another cheater! Uh, I mean... bad girl, bad girl!

I really feel icky after eating that today...and now I have fed the 'mcdonalds gene' and am craving it even as I sit here waiting for dinner to finish.
So my appt. was ok, I really liked him alot. I actually heard him tell the nurse in the hall he hasnt seen a case like mine in a long while...and he does a LOT of surgeries. He said getting insurance to pay for it shouldnt be a problem
at all, and he thinks he could make me a med-full c but no smaller. That is perfect for me. I cant wait to see if the insurance approves it, but it can take up to 6 weeks to find out for sure. Once they give me the green light I can get it done this summer, and be back to normal activity within about 3 weeks, and be a smaller peep by the end of sept! Hey, will that count as weight lost for the challenge?

Anyone know how many grams in a pound? He told me how much the will take in grams. That wont help the mathmatically challenged like me at all.
