YEAH!! I am so excited!! Eventer has all the confirmation numbers and stuff. (I do too, I have to go through my pms and find them) What dates are you coming for?

The only way I have made pizza with those is to just put them on a pan in the oven with some sauce and cheese, nothing fancy. The flat out does crust up a bit in there.
I will be thinking good thoughts for you daughter too!

I'm off work Sept 20 to 25. I was looking at Sept 21 to 25. I think thats when eventer is coming.

I gotta look at flight info. I cant drive 12 hrs by myself. I've never flown though so I'm a little nervous. But I've never allowed myself to have a "girls" weekend either so this is a lot of firsts for me.

I sent eventer a pm about the ohana ressie and I sent aries info on the shirt. So what else do I need to do?

I just cleaned out my PM inbox, so I will send you what I have as far as where we plan to go. I am assuming you will want to tour the parks with us, right?

So far, we are booked from the 20th-27th. I think I am going to be able to find a way to stay the whole time. If not, I will probably leave a day or so earlier. No matter what we (my sister and I) are planning to check in on the 20th for at least one of the rooms. And then you guys would come in the next day. I guess my point is, that no matter what time you get a flght, I will probably be there already. Hey, do I drive through where you live from Dallas to Orlando? We may be driving, I can pick you up

I have never really done a girls weekend either- at least not with people I have never met in person I cant wait! the only thing I can think of we need to do is to add your name to our reservation. I have to go back and look for the grand gathering phone number now that we are part of that, and I think Eventer may have to call since she booked them to start with. Not sure on that one.

Including you, unless there is somebody with an averison to sharing a bed, we would still have room for at least one more peep...if somebody else wanted to join us that is going alone.

I'm 30 min west of Birmingham. I'm on I 20/59 between Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. So I could fly out from B'ham. I looked at southwest online. Cant book for sept yet. But rate for august was $223 round trip. Is that good?

I gotta be back by the 25th pm. Southwest had a flight that got back into B'ham at 8:35pm. I could go from the airport to the hospital, about 15 min from airport to the hospital I work at, shower, and be ready to work my 11 pm shift - Cutting it too close? I stay up over 24 hrs on a regular basis so sleep is not an issue- I'll sleep when I'm old- I'm not old yet

Thanks! I wasn't thrilled with my hair, but it had been up in a ponytail for at least a couple of hours, I think. So, whatever. I didn't even notice when we were talking, but when I looked at the picture I noticed the same thing about Sandy's height! I am 5'7", so she must be pretty tall! How did I not notice that? I have to tell you how kind Lynda is... not only did she invite me a "virtual" friend to her home, but she put up with my nasty runny nose... and my incessant chatter... all with a smile on her face... We were talking and comparing passporters, then I realized.. "is it really 1:00 AM??? and her clock is a Mickey Mouse clock, so great!!) (and of course her rooms have the best pictures... and colors, Tinkerbelle green... sorcerer Mickey blue... it was just so cool!!)

Time just flew by!! Jasper and Oliver were so sweet - if all cats were like Oliver I'd gladly get a shot for any allergies I may still have - what a sweetheart... of course I was serenaded to sleep - it just made me smile!! I want a cat and a dog now!!

Thank you Lynda so much for letting me get a good night sleep, and more importantly letting my son get a good night's sleep too!! I'm too old to bunk down in this 5X5 "apartment" its so a tiny dorm room with 2 electric burners and metal cabinets to store food in!! and they share a bathroom... ewww... I'm just too old!!

I so hope I didnt "overwhelm" you Lynda, and you will let me "stalk" you again!! (I half expect her not to be able to come tonight - but I promise not to take it personally - the weather here is crap! Rain mixed with snow, windy... wet... COLD!! ewww....)

I would be very jealous of all the peep meeting business since I can't make it - thank goodness I've got a trip to WDW to look forward to. I love hearing all the plans flying back and forth even tho I can't be there. And the trip reports will be extra fun since I "know" you all.

NO! That's not good. Go to the southwest.com site and you'll see a little icon that says "Download DING". If you download Ding to your home computer, it comes up once or twice a day (and it actually "dings") with all the specials for the day. You can probably get a flight for about $50 each way if you monitor it pretty closely (couple times a day). Here are a couple more links... Click n' Save and Click n' Save 2

OH, thats right! What park did we have that day? I cant remember already! MGM, then WCC for dinner right? I bet we could still try to make it fit since it doesnt start until later. We would have to change the WCC res. to earlier though I guess...If we get to MGM early like we ar eplanning, then we could still probably do most everything we want to. With fastpasses we can do the big stuff easily and that park doesnt have many things for little kids. Just the parade and Ariel was I think was all she really loved last time. I am bound and determined to get her to watch the muppet movie, without the glasses if need be. Did they put something new at MGM since Sept? I cant remember where the new Nemo show is.

The Nemo show is at AK but the Nemo ride is at Epcot. We do have two separate ressies and they are under YOUR name so you can call and check anything on them. I will add Sparkie on when we find out about your sister...then I can swap them if I have too. You're right..we do have WCC on the 24th but could easily make it for 5:00....if it's just us we could be out of there by 6!!! Count me in for the cruise!!! When do you think your other sister will know if she can go?

Sparkie-Delta airline has NONSTOP flights to Orlando, from B.ham, for about $220. One leaves at 8am or 3:15pm on the 21st and the return flights would have you home by 3pm on the 25th. I get in at 11pm on the 21st and my flight leaves at 7pm on the 25th. Yahoo Travel might be about $5 cheaper then the Delta website. Let me know if you need any help!! No clue why it is cheaper for me to fly in from NY then for you?? We have an airline up here that is super cheaper..AirTran. I wish you had access to it!! I think my tickets will be $84 each way.

My dad and his gf gave a generous Disney gift card for the wedding!!! It will be nice to go there and actually buy myself something. When it's my money I always buy things for other people but not myself!!

I do pretty much what Dance posted. Just sauce on top with your toppings. The Kraft Free Cheese is really good. I load up the veggies. It is really good!

You are beautiful!! Even if you didn't feel good! And yes 5'11 is tall. It seems like you and Lynda had a great time! I can't wait for my first peep meet. I think a Chicago peep meet could be very doable. Oh, and I also have a Disney Change jar going right now (well, actually pretty much all the time!)

I have a bunch of pages to catch up on but I just wanted to check in and say the wedding went well!! I feel like I have a hangover today even though all I drank was pop and water!!! Ray is returning the tux now and then I think we are going to catch up on 24 when he gets home. I am going to skip weigh in this week!! I hope the wedding counts as a pass!! I'll post more later!

P.S. Now even a card from Ray's parents, sister, grandma or brother. He is VERY hurt about it. Not concerned with getting a gift...just hurt that no one in his immediate family could even be bothered to send a card.

Wow! I'm amazed that I didn't have more pages to catch up on from last night! Not that I'm complaining.

Well folks, I met Sandy and her son and her son's friend for dinner last night at Perkin's. (Yes, I was good. Sorry no totals the past couple of days. All this Sept trip stuff has been keeping me so busy! I will do better!) Anywho, what fun we had! We went to a bar after dinner. (I had 1 beer.) And Sandy came over to my house. We looked at scrapbook stuff and talked about the upcoming meet. She got to meet Oliver, Jasper, and DH, and I showed her around the house a bit. (OMG Sandy! I forgot to show you the collectible room! ) She stayed at our house since it was a little roomier than her son's and he was working. Tonight I am meeting her to go see the U of I production of My Fair Lady. (Her other son is in the pit orchestra for it. Right, Sandy?) Yes, I had DH take a picture. (Did you think I forgot?)

(I just now noticed my collar was messed up! )

Anyway, it was a late night, and I have Oliver on one side of me now and Jasper on the other, so I am going to give them some attention, go get ready and pick up mine and DH's rings at the jewelers (They were being replated.). And then I might get some rest before the show tonight. I'll try to check back in later.

If my brother's family was still coming, we'd be in that boat! Whispering Canyong sounds fine... unless you just want to try something else. We're going to be there a LONG time, and we're to the "if not this trip, then another" mode. We know we'll be back, so we never feel like we're "missing" something when we have to choose between things.

Did the strep cultures. Negative. Let them both suffer until Monday Morning when the office reopened. Yes. They have it! The culture turned positive over sunday.

I wasn't around back then, but I'm happy to meet you now!

I think it would be fun to make all our summer plans around Travel Channels Top 10 Waterparks. Then another summer we could do the Top 10 Roller Coasters.

I was actually considering a "Roller Coaster Tour" this summer!

Every 2 minutes or so, I push myself about as hard as I can for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Then I go back to about half as difficult for another 2 minutes and repeat for the whole 35-45 minutes I am on the bike. And I did the bike at least 4 times and the exercise ball or hand weights at least 3 times in the past week. So, I was hoping for something, but was a bit surprised at what I got!

Awesome job! Hunky trainer dude is always reminding me to change up my routine... shock your body. Sounds like your's really got shocked!

rachel ray gets on my nerves. i've had it with the yummo and the EVOO thing. it takes me longer to think of the acronym than it does to say the darn words!

I've taken to writing EVOO on my food log... and everytime I do, I think of Rachel Ray.

Maybe I will open a home daycare and make my own rules!

My grandmother had a home daycare when I was little... and my aunt does now... it was so awesome having her keep DD as an infant... never had to worry about anything.

I'm wondering about the kids? How many do we have coming??? I'm hoping dd will have "friends" to "hang" with - anyone have their kids on IM? If so PM me, dd is 10 (she actually will have a bday there!) and I approve who she can have on her IM list - and we have a program where we save/store her "chats" and monitor her... its all her older brothers' fault - its the only way to communicate when your one brother is hard of hearing... and both brothers are in college...

Or think about an email pal... would anyone like to have their kids email each other once a month - and I am keeping this trip a surprise for dd... if possible... (I have no privacy!)

Also, please think about going to the dollar store, or Targets Dollar bin and pick up secret gifts to lay out at night for your kids - we call this the visit from "Tinkerbelle"... today I picked up a pair of Tinkerbelle socks I'm going to save for the trip... little things... that way if my dd gets excited about Tinkerbelle gifts... I wont have to tell her that Tinkerbelle knows the Easter Bunny and Santa... actually, SHE wont have to tell me!!

I would like to do Fantasmic one night, and Liberty Tree Tavern.... I would love to get a big group and go down Expedition Everest... I havent joined Tourguide Mike and havent set down any days for parks... I'm getting a park hopper tho...

Saturday Sept 29 I believe will be a Party of the Senses, I would LOVE it if others would be willing to fork out $100 per person!! ( ok quit I know cant afford to commit to the cruise because we're comitting to POFTS) Its a spectacular food and wine/champagne, Remy Martin/ Ice Wine event..
