Disappearing ADRs?

Have you ever had an ADR just disappear? I was checking last night to clean up my ADRs and they were all gone. Just to clarify I didn't have any duplicate time reservations, just different weeks. I had ADRs for December and February because we went back and forth on the date of our trip quite a bit. But they are all gone. Since I am not going during free dining I only had a couple and was able to make them close enough to the same time they were, I was just trying to figure out if anyone else has ever had this happen :confused3 And now I am going to check my ADRs every day!! :eek:
 
Since they did the system upgrades people have had problems with their reservations "disappearing" however, if you call Disney with your confirmation numbers (from the emails if you have them) they usually were able to find them still in the system. Mine disappeared for awhile but about a week ago they all showed up. Good luck!

They have been gone for weeks since the first upgrade. On Oct 23rd I left for my Oct trip and was not able to access online. This week we are back and still can't access my Dec 2010 and Apr 2011 online reservations.
For Oct, all my ressies except for House of Blues were in the system and we had no problems.
I too want to cancel some online, but still can't. I do not have any duplicates as I will not double book.
 
Did you check them individually by confirmation number? There's a lengthy thread about this issue - w/ the upgrade all the online ADRs disappeared, some came back, if you call they are usually still there and more recently if you enter your confirmation number online they will be found - you may want to check in case you've accidently overbooked.

I already called, they are in the system. I would never double book.

You are likely double booked now if you re-booked them yesterday (even though the system only shows the most recent ones you booked). The prior reservations were never cancelled and they are likely still there if you call and check. All should show up soon as the issue is the system they are updating.

I haven't seen mine since the upgrade, make new ones by phone and cancelled ones by phone but nothing is listing. Tried to manually put them nothing is still showing, I called and CM says I have them not to worry
 
I didn't overbook and can't find the confirmation number... oh well. Thanks for all the information everyone, I apologize for not checking to make sure there wasn't a similar thread already, I had a mini panic attack and wasn't thinking clearly :flower3:

I posted this in response on the February thread but I thought you might be more apt to check this one... when I called to check my reservations the CM pulled them all up by last name and phone number, no confirmation numbers. Then she read them all off to me to make sure they were there. So they should be able to find them even if you don't have the numbers.
