Disabled Room Reservation Code / Decode

I booked an accessible room as a wheelchair user at All-Star music and I was wondering what the reservation code means.

The first three are pretty straight forward. Standard Room, Wheelchair Accessible, Roll-in Shower(?). What does OptHR and K mean?
