Hi

I recently received this information from the Florida Division of Motor Vehicles when I inquired about using a disabled parking permit from Ontario.

According to our Procedure RS-38 Disabled Person Parking Permit the following are the Canadian Provinces with a reciprocity agreement. You can locate this procedure on our website at http://www.hsmv.state.fl.us/html/titlinf.html scroll to the bottom left hand side and click on the link “DMV Procedures Manual”. Choose Section 2 Registration and scroll to Procedure RS-38.

Can it be added to the Disability FAQ? The thread was closed.

This site is great! I'm going to WDW with a disabled nephew (8 yrs, wheelchair, Nonverbal, Cochlear Implant) and I've found this site to be a great source for information. Thanks.

Thanks for the site. My DW has one for her back and it makes all the difference some days.

The reason the disABILITIES FAQs thread is closed is so that I am the only one who can add information to it - it is 2 pages long, with 30 posts. If everyone could post, it would be 200 pages long and too difficult to find anything.

I will add this information - probably in the parking post. I will have to figure out just how to put it.
