I was watching the news this morning and they announced that Disneyland, due to the amount of people abusing the wheel chair line they will no longer go to the front of the line. They will be issued " something like a fast pass" where they will be given a ticket to come back.

Has any one seen this or heard of this happening yet? Is WDW doing this also?
