Woo hoo! Welcome to February:flower:So glad to get gloomy January out of the way, its always a let down of a month after Christmas, but I can almost feel Spring around the corner:flower1:

Well done on last weeks weight losses, and good luck this week to those who were not so pleased with their week, myself included:angel:

Does anyone have any low fat/low calorie recipes they would like to share this week? Im always looking for a nice dessert of some description, so if you can help out on anything I would be most grateful.:goodvibes

Well I had a much better week this week guys and galspixiedust: I lost 2.5lbs and won Slimmer of the Week, which I was thrilled with:jumping1:

It really has given me the motivation to keep at it! I have upped my step count to 15,000 steps a day from 10,000, so Im ready for my bed by the end of the day:faint:

My total loss now for January is 10.5lbs:thumbsup2
 
That's amazing. Well done.

For a low cal dessert I sometimes have a no added sugar jelly and some fruit.

Also a small scoop of ice cream tends to come under 100 cal. surprisingly! So does a packet of cadbury buttons. So if you just want something sweet to take the edge off that's what I've found.

Can't help with desserts though :sad1: way too fond of the high-cal variety so I stay away from them!
 
Weigh day today, 0.6 lbs lost. Quite happy with that as I have really struggled with attacks of the munchies all week. Anyway, I am around 0.3 lbs from being under 11 stone! I haven't been that weight since before I got married 32 years ago! I hope these munchies stop soon!
 
I had my weigh in today and stayed the same as last week which I was pleased with as Ive not had a brilliant week either as Ive been trying to avoid bread but had a few days with sandwiches for lunch and toast one morning

Well done Gill, much better than a gain, Im also trying to go without bread, but some days its really hard:headache:
