Hello all

So sorry I wasnt about much last week and didnt do a thread. Ive not been too well the past couple of weeks, and Im still waiting on an MRI scan result, (no news is good news I hope) which is also playing on my mind.:angel:

You would think that that would stop me eating but its taken me totally off plan and I have been comfort eating instead:confused3 However this week I am back on track(hopefully) :goodvibes

Well done to all who have maintained and lost the past couple of weeks, keep it up. With Christmas now around the corner, I always think this is a great time to get motivated just before the party season is upon us.:cheer2:

Oh Sue, best wishes for your results, hope everything is ok. Don't blame you in the slightest for the comfort eating, would probably do the same thing myself!

I lost another 0.7 kilos this week,:butterfly totally shocked I lost anything after that good loss last week. Got 5 ounces (!!) :rolleyes2 to go for the next half stone.:eek:

Well done on keeping going, Cathy.

I am my own worst enemy and definitely out of the zone. I'm ticking over by losing a pound one week but putting it on again the next :(.
 
Had the week off last week with a wedding to go to, and ended up putting on 2 and 3/4 pounds. Back on he daily walks and healthy meals this week. Still got a while till the May trip!
