** Dis Weight Loss Group - July Week 3**

Hello Everyone:love1:

Welcome to a brand new dieting week.:smooth:

We had some great losses last week and I hope you have all managed to stay on track.

Im struggling to be perfectly honest with you. This is my 4th week without a kitchen and I will never again moan about washes the dishes or cooking :angel:

We had a set-back this week as well with a cracked downpipe where the renderers had broken it so water going everywhere, and a back wall falling down, so that has set it back a week or so!

Trying to wash dishes in a bath is back breaking, and only having a mocrowave and george forman to cook with is now depressing me.:sad1:

As you can tell Im totally fed up and when that happens I eat, more out of ease than anything else, but I REALLY am going to have a gain this week:tongue:

Still onwards and upwards, I hope you all have a great week and look forward to your updates:chat:

You're basically quoting my student years, George Forman and Microwave - hell yea!

Good luck though! Having no kitchen is really hard.

I wish those things were easily available when I was a student all those years ago! I was chuffed to have a toaster!

I've stayed the same this week.

I'm a little disappointed as I have stuck within my WW points but I suspect I am eating too much fruit.

What worries me most is that I have stayed the same on this amount of food which makes me wonder how little I am going to need to eat to maintain my weight once I get to target.

I'm sorry to hear that Libby. Would upping your exercise help? If you don't want to change the calories going in you can always up the calories going out.

So I weighed in this morning and I've lost exactly 1kg and I've *finally* passed the first of the goal points I've set myself, YEY!

Last week in a moment of madness I agreed to do a Mud run called Mudnificent 7 on the 1st of August. It sounded easy but now I've had a chance to think it over and do some research, its dawning on me that I was being a bit naive to think its going to be easy.

So I've upped my exercise regime which should also hopefully have the pleasant side effect of helping me loose weight faster.

Aww well done Libby, I know staying the same can be dissapointing. What fruit do you eat? I ask because Im a massive fruit eater but when I get close to weigh days, I drop anything thats not a speed fruit like grapes, and Bannanas and up the speed fruit like Melon and Raspberries.:thumbsup2

As I guessed would happen, I put on 2lbs last night:( It was no real surprise but I cant keep beating myself up over it. Im just going to do the best I can until the work is complete, and hopefully until then make the right choices.:drinking::tiptoe:

Well done Rachel!! Lots of little targets is the way to go! Mud run? Lots of luck with this, the closest I'll get to that is the Toddler toddle in Glasgow at the end of August, that's about my walking speed!

Sue, you'll lose the gain quickly as soon as everything is back to normal. :flower:

(I've been rationing myself to one banana :banana: a day this week so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Wednesday's weigh in.)
