Just when everyone was joining the "When will Childress get fired" pool, Wade Phillips says, "I'll show them!" and gets fired first. I like how he apparently didn't drive to the office in his own (company leased) car, probably so he wouldn't have to turn in the keys right away...I wonder if as he was walking in he was still thinking, "I'm OK, Jerry doesn't fire anyone mid-season..."
I'll start with the ECC this week, because Pluto's Revenge scored a massive 147 points on the luckless Grumpy Dopey, the highest score ever in the ECC and second highest in the league as a whole, and that wasn't the highest possible score for the roster. Low points went to Carousel of Doom, losing to Brother Bears 71-56 and halting a 4 game win streak.
T-I-double-guh-err maintains their lead at 8-1 with The Fins at 7-2 with both teams winning this week.
In the MKC, high points went to the Jungle Cruise Skippers with a win over top team No Clue Crew, 113-79, dropping the Crew back again into a three way tie with the Skips and Reedy Creek Smoke Eaters. Low points went to Tink's Hammer, losing to Dis Uk 78-57.
Back to the waiver wire!
