DIS Radio not playing?! HELP!

[DJ Disney Kid]

My girlfriend is trying to get DIS Radio to work and she says its popping up on her screen and she sees whats playing but can't hear anything. Her speakers are on since she was just listening to yahoo radio. Any idea what the problem could be?!
