They recently stated that the goal is to have the credentials mailed in time for everyone to receive them by December 1st via the U.S. Postal Service.
If you don't get them in time, then you are out of luck and they will issue you a refund.

After rethinking what I posted above, just in case the unthinkable happens and someone doesn't get their credentials in time, I'm hoping people are able to make arrangements with someone at home to get them from their mailbox and have them forwarded to their Orlando hotel. Back up plan!!

Mine came in a small USPS box and contained the instruction letter along with the lanyard and pass.
