Dis Movie Rewards Codes - can't find my code?

I have a couple of DVD's that were unopened (Sleeping Beauty & Snow White) that say they have Disney Rewards Codes in them. I opened them up today (they were in the cellophane) and there is no code sheet.

These are older DVDs, probably from soon after the whole code thing started. Did the codes used to be in a different place?

mine have always been on paper inside DVD case. I believe there is way to get points for movie if code is missing, info is on DMR site.

Thanks! I wrote them an email and they want proof of purchase AND a receipt..I have the proof of purchase but I don't keep old receipts!
