By the time I get back to the world, my MB will probably have died. I painted it with nail polish for my trip (in my hotel room at night because I only relieved upon check in) but I'd be tempted to just wear it with a dos unplugged skin for show, and if any other listeners spot me in the park!

I really want a purple band, so will probably nail polish my band again next time.

I wish you could reassign magic bands to new MDE accounts, then some kind person could donate one of their used ones they don't need/want so I could have two and wear them interchangeably.

I think the company is UK based, with an office in Orlando maybe? Not sure about that. But that explains their shipping policy.

Also, at first I didn't realize that when you are selecting your options on a band, you can scroll down under "images" and there are lots of options there. Maybe that was just stupid of me, but FYI. Also move the arrows down below the band around and you can turn it all the way around to see what the whole thing would look like. It's so cool.

Well actually with every resort stay you book you get a new one. I have one from a year and a half ago, but they sent me a new one automatically for my upcoming trip. And I will get a new one for being an AP now and for my Dec trip and my Feb trip. And I can use them all whenever. I won't be using older one because I don't want to risk the batter deciding to die a little early. Ha.

The website that is selling the DIS bands though, has SO MANY DESIGNS! You could get any color magicband and make it ANY COLOR YOU WANT basically with one of this skins. And they aren't expensive! They have patterns and designs and colors and glitter and characters and the monorail. SO FUN! They have the option of a skin that covers the whole color part of the band or one that is in 2 pieces and allows the mickey head on the band to show.

Actually you can drag your mouse around the model of the MagicBand to rotate it in any direction, you don't have to click on the arrows.

I just ordered my dis band! I decided to personalize the 2 piece & looks like it will turn out well. Maybe a bit trickier than the 1 piece since less room to work with but possible if you play with your script style and font size. Will be fun getting it in a week or so.
