Okay I figured it out. I exercised last night and my body went into shock and that is why I have a migraine today.

So does everyone else have a beautiful day where they are as well? It is gorgeous out! Speaking of taking it slowly...I think I might go outside on my lunch break...not to do any excersize, but just to be outside...I guess that's a step in the right direction!

If the bus is running on time today, i will get off a stop or two early for a little bit of extra walking. Of course its a nice day here too!
 
80's?!?! Oh my gosh, I live in NW washington state and here we just hope it gets up to 60 before july!

Gained 6 pounds in one week.
I went from 286 to 284 to 290.

Way to go! I know, I feel the same way today...I have had 5 bottles of water so far trying not to eat! We are doing Taco Del Mar for dinner, though, so that will be worth it!

I just want to thank everyone for PM ing their weights today. I got you all down. I know a couple of you have had a disappointing week but its going to get better. :goodvibes
 
Oh yeah. I was curious on ways that people get their sweets fix. I like fruit but its not a treat to me. So I usually have a fat free jello pudding or a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. I know the Skinny Cow's were 2 pts on WW, I can't remember on the pudding but I think it was the same.

What do you have??
 
Okay ladies, I have not been posting much over here. I have not really been trying that hard. I have changed my eating habits, but I am still not exercising, at all. And exercise is the key for me to loose weight. I am going to try and kick it into gear. I have nothing planned for tomorrow, so I have no excuse for not going to the Y.

Ladies who have lost weight this week, way to go, I am very proud of you and I know how hard it is!

Ladies who like me either did not loose any or gained, we just have to keep trying. Don't let this weigh in be our excuse to just say "forget it"!

I am going to try and post over here more often, that way the guilt factor will kick in if I am not doing well!

And now I feel like I have a chance to make it to my personal goal of under 200 by my class reunion in July! I currently weigh 226...a heck of a lot better than 250! Good work ladies! I know this next week will be even better for a lot of you. I really feel like we are finding our groove, ya know?

Business, right now I'm just working on getting enough credits to transfer to UVA. I have been slacking since Spring Break now have to bust my you know what to get caught up. Just finished a paper so I'm taking a break before I start back in. Good luck to you on school work and losing weight!!!

It seems like every day at work someone new is asking me if I've lost weight so it's nice that now I can tell them, why yes, I sure have! :teeth:
