Okay guys

There are quite a few of us who are off to WDW in the next few months, so no doubt like me have started their diet. I'm hoping to do this by myself and not enroll with a club, as I've done Slimming World in the past, so know roughly what foods to avoid (yeah anything nice !!! crisps, choccy, cakes, pastries)

So I'm going to be brave and tell you that my starting weight for this week is 10st 6lbs and I want to be 9st by the time of my cruise in May

So come on everyone, lets support each other, and if you have any good ideas or recipes - lets share them

By the way did you watch Celebrity Fit Club last night ? hopefully watching them will keep me motivated

I'm with you Mandy - I have a mere 12 weeks to shift more than just a few pounds.......... :rolleyes:

I've done it before - for our trip in 2003 I lost 4 stones!!!!
Bought some new digital scales today - start tomorrow!!!!

Good luck everyone - I want to lose 3 stone for our August trip.

I will be following a low fat regime as this works well for me (hopefully ;)) and I may have to resort to some form of exercise too :earseek:
 
Count me in guys. I want to lose at least 2 stone before our trip in August, what I cant figure out is that this time last year I had already lost almost a stone and a half.................. then came March - My Birthday(meals and drinks) April - Easter(Chocolate) August - Florida and Disney Cruise (Drinks, Cakes, Good Food, More Drinks, Cakes, Good Food) December-Christmas and New Year,(Food, Drinks, Sweets, Cakes, More drinks, more...oh you know what I mean)....
and now I discovered I have put the stone and a half back on with an addional half a stone.

Um! Wish I knew why, must have been when I had flu (you know feed a cold!!!!)lol

I won't share my weight but will say I want to loose a stone before my trip in 15 weeks!!!

Started Slimming World on Monday. Being really good eating lots of fruit and veg - even turned down truffles at work today;)

I can't share receipes as I don't cook, but DH is making a lovely sausage and bean bake (Quorn Sausages, Baked Beans, Chilli powder, Onions and Mashed pots on top to form the crust) All free on SW Green Day :) YUM!!

Aparently according to my colleages I was talking about food a lot today LOL :)

I started my "healthy eating" regime yesterday, I don't need to lose but I do want to stay where i am I also want to start excersising so I won't feel so ashamed in the D Republic i've got a flabby bum. My DMIL is in the same boat we are going to try hard to motivate each other I have seen her bounce from 4 diets in the last year and half i've lived here which i find frustrating cos i know how much she wants to lose the wght I hope this year I can help her be more motivated and I hope I can keep up the stamina! If you don't mind I'de like to join in on this just for a chat and others opinions

I am back to WW on monday too. I weighed myself at the gym on Tuesday night and according to that I have lost.....yes I said lost 1lb OVER CHRISTMAS!!!!! :earseek: I can't believe it so I will wait and see when I get to WW.

I am aiming to get down to 9 and a half stone or less by our Antigua trip, I am currently 10stone. So hopefully I shouldn't have a problem with that. Then I can put it all back on with the all inclusive food when we are away!! ha ha
 
Myself and DH have started our diets this week. I got a smoothie maker for Christmas off DH so for breakfast i have been having fruit smoothies very healthy but they do get sickly :rolleyes: I would love to loose 3 stone by our trip in june but will be happy with 2.

I'm in. I post on the Wish board too. So hopefully every little will help.

I've lost 73 pounds since May of last year and would like to lose another 20 pounds before I finish my degree in June.

I went back to WW yesterday as well and have somehow, don't know how :rolleyes: managed to put on 10lbs over December, this is the most I've ever put on since joining WW two years ago! So it's back on to the WW points as of today.

I have managed to go to the gym twice this week so far even though I have a stinking cold and am feeling a bit sorry for myself.
