One of the best diet programmes we saw was "The Weigh To Go" it was on Sky about 1995 .It was an American programme doing low fat diets and she had some brilliant ideas and recipes
 

Well its been a bad week for me as well! Ive put on 2lbs, oops! I did stick to the diet but then I blew all my hard work with a BIG chinese takeaway! Oh well just have to do better this week.
