Hi everyone

I hope that you have all had a good week, I thought I had done well but when I weighed myself this morning I was still the same (so my target is still 3lbs to go in 3 weeks).

So Kaylee is this your last weigh-in ? Overall how have you done ? And do you have any words of wisdom or encourgement on how you did it ? I take it that you will be at the airport next Monday, so I will let you off from weighing yourself :rotfl2: As it's your birthday next week, where are you having your birthday meal ? We'll all be so jealous, and we'll be thinking of you.

Good luck to everyone, and here's hoping that our resident Celebrity Fit Clubber (Karen) has done well too

Mandy - well done for staying the same :) 3lbs in 3 weeks I am sure you will do it.

Well since I started my diet many moons ago I have lost a stone :) Not as much as I wanted to loose but better than loosing nothing at all.

I am in holiday mode now....so the diet has gone out the window. Yes I will be flying out next Monday :)

I am having a birthday meal....starting at Breakfast with Pooh at Crystal Palace, MK and dinner in the evening at Ohana's at the Polynesian :) A couple of days before my birthday DH has organised a WISHES Birthday Cruise, it comes complete with Birthday cake - so I am looking forward to that!

Keep up the good work girls :)

I bet your clothes feel much better on for losing all that.

Your birthday celebrations sound fantastic, I really enjoyed my character breakfast at the Crystal Palace, the food is soooo scrummy

Well done Kaylee and Mandy :cheer2: another good week here I have lost another 2lbs. 7 weeks to go and i have to loose 8 lbs :guilty: I hope i can do it. :cheer2: I'm sure you will loose the 3lbs Mandy.

well i lost 3lb this week !! so ive now lost 20lbs :cheer2: :cheer2:
we decided this week to book the disney dining plan for our september trip so i need to keep up with the weight loss to account for all that food :blush: :blush:
ive decided to go for 28lbs in total ( maybe more )

good luck mandy for next week and well done shell
kaylee have a fantastic time eating all those yummy meals at WDW :)
 
Ok Guys

This week I am starting for real,just had yoghurt for Breakfast today followed by low fat soup for dinner and a weight watchers meal for tea.

I have no chocolate in the house at all and I am really determined to do my best before I go away in August.

Hope to check in next week a few pounds lighter,Well done to all those who lost weight this week.

Kaylee - well done on losing a stone that is fantastic.Natalie 20lbs, that is brilliant well done.

Well done all of you, I am very impressed.:teeth:

My diet plate must be working because I have lost 2lbs this week! I'm feeling very proud of myself because I hadn't been doing very well and was getting a bit despondent so this is just the boost I need!

If only I can do as well as you girls I will be very happy!:teeth:
 
Mandy your right these 8lbs are going to be the hardest :guilty: I am exercising 3 or 4 times a week now too so that can only help. The weekends are getting harder now though :) I have choclate on a friday night :teeth:

Well this was my first week and, I have to admit, I didn't really change much diet wise (I'm finding it very hard to cut down on the alcohol) BUT I still managed to lose 2lbs. My DD1 needed a new bicycle so I got one for myself as well and we did a couple of little bike rides at the weekend - think this must have helped!

So another 8lbs to lose before 4th July (when I go back to the nurse) and then I will probably set myself another goal to lose some more before my birthday in September.
 
Well done fellow dieters!

Reporting in from Celebrity Fit Club here ;) with a weight loss of 6lbs for my first week :teeth: The pain of the gym felt better after I stepped off the scales tonight ;)

Anyone got any tips for staying away with work? We were in a hotel last night which only cooked with cream :rolleyes: which isn't the best when you're on a low fat plan. I asked the chef (very nicely :) ) if there was any low fat food and he suggested:

Cream of tomato soup :confused3
Chicken Casar Salad (but it was pre-prepared so had croutons and creamy dressing on)
Roast potatoes????


I don't think he quite understood the meaning of low fat, somehow :teeth:
