Mornin' peeps!

Not much goin' on here. I have a pain in my foot (my other foot). The heel just suddenly started hurting yesterday. It feels hard & swollen. VERY weird all these pains that just pop up.

Need to go mount my pics for the fair. Had DH clean up the work table in the basement last night - I always get nervous about screwing them up. The adhesive is permanent if I put them down crooked.

Yeah, that knife picture was funny, but I was sorry it came out a bit blurry.

I'm sending the pics to you. The file is a little large (because I put almost all of the vow renewal pics in there that I had) but I did compress and zip it, so you'll get a zipped file attachment.

Annie, sorry to hear that your foot is hurting. Must be getting it better soon.

OK taking Volvo for oil change. Hope I get a sweet loaner car today. I always hope for the Volvo SUV. Last time I got the AWD wagon. I actually liked it! Then gotta get DD new cowboy boots.

If they keep "dumbing down" things at WDW, I see no need to stay on property. There are some pretty nice hotels very close to DTD (and the busses there). We've driven a couple of times as well and it wasn't too bad. Maybe then I could get to Bahama Breeze. Some peoples (who was it now? ) told me it was pretty decent.


congrats Bets. I still have 1 pound to go. OK, maybe two. Once I feel better I can get back to the gym. Yeah, we'll go with that.

TRM- where are you posting your pix so we can have a looksy? Have a good team this year, Coach?


Had a reeaalllly hard day yesterday. Had to spend the afternoon at the beach. (well, somebody had to!) Going to take the kids and a friend each tonight to watch the sun set.

I don't know a thing about Face Book. I always thought that was a teenager thing?! I am SO out of it.

Mounted my pics...of course the one that went down a little crooked was the one of the sunset...so now my horizon is screwy! Oh well. It won't place anyway. That's always a tough category (lots of entries / competition).

I have not weighed since the one time after we got back. Nope. Not ready yet.

Poor Cheri HAD to go to the beach...poor, poor Cheri.

I want to plan another trip...

and I am with you on the trip thing. This is the first time since 2005 that we have come back from a trip NOT knowing when or what our next vacation would be. Is veddy bizarre. No likey but too much up in the air to start moving thoughts in that direction.

Yes, next trip. Plan we must. How about Vegas for my Birthday in September! Anyone? Anyone? No kids though. Numero Uno Rulo. No peeplettes. And DHs. None of those either though we may love them so. They must stay home and watch leetle peeplettes.

Where should we stay? And I cannot go Labor Day weekend. Anyone?

Sigh! You did good! As of last Saturday I was up 3.5, lbs, but I think I dropped a little more since then. Will know Saturday. But given I expected to put on about 10, and the fact that I ate and drank like a pig, I'm Ok with where I am.

I signed up for Facebook right before the trip. My nieces shamed me into it. I have all these people saying they are my friends and I havent had time to really look into it and accept them as friends. Like people from HS who I havent talked to in 19 years....some I didnt even talk to then.

Id love to be at the beach. We have had temps in the 60s and rain/clouds for he past 2 days. Im wearing sweats in August. Its wrong! I havent gotten any sun since the trip.

So, big preseason game tonight...go Pats!!! Sure feels like fall.
