I think my DH likes the hat idea too! He would appreciate another DH sticking to headgear only! He already has some skull cap thingy we bought last summer for the Pirate & Princess party... And DS actually has 2 pirate hats. We found one on clearance at the POC store in January for like $2 and he was Jack Sparrow for Halloween 2 years ago. I doubt the entire costume would still fit but he's got the hat w/ dreds and those "boot cover" things that should work...so he'd just need a puffy looking shirt... I am leaning heavily toward the idea of putting something together with "real clothes". Just do the bar wench thing with some peasant clothes and heavy accessories (I bought a pirate Mickey ears hat in January - boy do I look extra goofy in hats tho)!!

Will cross fingers on the 2nd cruise plan! Did you hear back from SE? Is your room still available?!

Oh geez! I don't even care so much about the booze but I need my water...and I drink a ton!

When I sailed on NCL, I had water packed everywhere. They don't allow booze, but they do allow water. Well when going through security, I got pulled over. I asked the guy if there was a reason. He snottily said "Do you have alcohol in your bag?" I said no. He said "OK????" Like I was lying. I was so psyched when he opened it up to find water bottle after water bottle. Also, I noticed every bag I had water bottles in got searched before it was delivered to my room. But at least I could bring it and not be dehydrated! If we cant even bring water, this stinks!

OK, so just came home from a 5th grade parents meeting at the school...they're gonna start teaching "Family Life" in April after the kids come back from spring break! We got to preview a sampling of some of the movies they show & go over the curriculum. So now we gotta figure out a time to "have the talk" before this all starts! YIKES!! I don't want DS to be completely blindsided by all of it! I'm thinkin' he's still pretty naive...

Annie - you just might be surprised! But I am hoping for the naive.

And...send some pixie dust this way...working on the tax report and paying medical bills...and DH just may blow a fuse. Gosh those medical bills add up.

I just paid my cruise to doctors. Now my cruise fund is empty.
