Sorry - a bit late today!!

So what are your plans for this week?

Can you squeeze in 2 sessions before the next bank holiday?

To work off this weekends chocolate I'm planning on 3 sessions - tues/wed/thurs this week.

These will probably be at the gym on my way to work for a bit of cross training or maybe a run if my running partner is in the office this week.

Tip of the week - build in short sharp bursts to your workouts - great for increasing your heart rate & fat burning :goodvibes

My gym has been closed or has had reduced opening over this weekend and also on Friday and May Day. So will be going tomorrow night and Thursday night. Also had a very active weekend in the garden :)
 
Once again due to the schools being closed, my zumba classes have been reduced this week, and I've got just one normal class this week.

On the plus side we've have got our sponsored zumbathon on Sunday where I will be zumba-ing my little socks off for 3 hours :faint:

Wish me luck, I'm going to need it :rotfl:
