Sorry guys -very late this week.

I am away for the next 2 weeks at the police rehab house sorting out my shoulder but will still be in the gym & running too.
(mine is more of small issue but there are people here with FAR more serious issues - puts me to shame:rolleyes1).

Now the kids are back at school we can get back into some sort of routine -what are your plans for the week? Where can you fit in that new 1/2 hour?

(pps.... Internet access =£5 for 10 hours :scared1: so not much surfing for me this week!!!)
 
I've just got back from my final zumba class before my hols, but after all that food and yummy cocktails I will be straight back to my zumba when I get back ::yes::

The Zumbathon was great fun Katie, though going into the 3rd hour was really hard work. We had a lovely day, really sunny but windy, and we were so thrilled that it didn't rain that we totally forgot about sun cream and we were quite burnt. Between me and my 2 DD's we raised over £230 and the Zumbathon raised over £5,500, so everyone was chuffed with that ::yes::

Thanks hun, I can't wait to get my hands on a TRex Cottontini :rotfl2::rotfl2:

No set goal - just try to beat my time each visit to the gym :)

Started at 7 minutes for 1Km in February, now down to 4min 25 seconds.

Be interesting to see how far I can go.
 
It was a BAD week for me last week. A mixture of our council gym being closed for bank holidays and then a major hay-fever attack, I didn't get much done as I couldn't breathe properly.

I've been back to Zumba this evening, first class back, I did find it quite tough, going to have to watch and not push my chest too far too quickly after the battering it took last week with coughing.

I'll be trying LBT's tomorrow night and then maybe a light jog at the weekend, but that's all for me this week. I'll build back up slowly :thumbsup2
