DIS-ers do CoCo-Key in 2011!! - UPDATE on pricing!

We spent two nights in a double bed up in NH 2 weeks ago! Neither one of us slept much either night! Of course the pacing upstairs guests didn't help! We're used to the king sized bed! Girls can share the couch or one of them can bring a sleeping bag!

This is going to be SOOO much fun!!!!!

Hey Trish, my girls are about the same age as your kids! That would be great!

And we will be at Disney the same time. We are there Dec. 1-9! We right now are at SSR though waitlisted for BCV or BWV.

The girls know about our trip to Disney. Hoping to keep Coco Key a surprise for as long as possible but DD1 saw a thread on my email about it.

We're in! We've been to the Danvers one (near the old Danvers State Hospital...kinda spooky if you know the history ), but Fitchburg is newer.

My wife and I used to live at the the Danvers State Hospital(it is an apartment complex now). Nothing is spookier than living there on a foggy night after watching the awful movie staring David Caruso made there before everything was torn down.

You'll love it! An awesome group of people (if I do say so myself) that welcomes everybody like they are old friends! I have withdrawals when we don't get together!

HI all!

A couple of us DIS-ers got together today at CoCo Key Water park in Fitchburg, MA. My husband suggested that it would be a GREAT place for a DIS meet! So.....


We are in the opening stages of planing a meet for the weekend of February 12-13 in Fitchburg, MA. CoCo Key is attached to a Courtyard by Marriott. I will call on Monday to see if we can get a group rate/package for the weekend.

For those of you who are not familiar with CoCo Key, I would highly suggest checking out their website! They are a large indoor water park with very reasonable food, safe places for kids of all ages to play and adult beverages as well!

If you are interested, please let me know! EVERYONE is invited from all over! : )

Hi All! I was able to secure a group rate, here is the info:

Feb 12-13 King Size $129.00 (King bed and fold out sofa)
Two Double Beds $149.00

Overnight accommodations come with 4 water park passes good for both days!

There are several places to eat both in the water park (for lunch) and I will arrange for us to all have dinner together in the restaurant.

Bornteach (Kristin) will be calling them as someone called the other day and was told that we were not on the list and there was no group called the Dis signed up and they also tried to charge her $199 a night instead of the agreed on rate of $129 a night. Kristin will update here when she speaks to them.
