Jan - love the layout. I too have the same feelings about the Alice ride. It is the one thing I miss when we go to WDW. How did you get the picture of the book on the mushroom? I can never focus quick enough to get any worthwhile pictures on that ride.

Boo-Too - Wow, you got this layout done so quickly. It’s beautiful. And what a sweet photo & memory.
Susan0326 - Love the use of the felt heart. Great photos of the princesses dancing - I can really “hear” the music and “see” them dancing on your layout.
Photobee - What a fun layout. I love the way you added all the little (and big) Mickey’s along with your photos.
Janis - The ribbon frame you used “ties up” your layout perfectly. And the charms hanging down are a perfect touch. (“Promise” has a special place in my heart – DH and I used it for our first dance.)
ms.pinkpixie - This is a delicious layout! I really like all your hanging charms. Great touch with the sprinkles, too.
Yzerbear19 - Your embellishments are so simple yet really make your layout pop. I love the way you did your title, too.
Short N Sweet - First thought, “FUN, FUN, FUN!” That’s such a cute bouncer, and the song goes perfectly with your photos.
janette - I love the simplicity of your layout. The photo corners are so subtle and gorgeous.
Quiltymom - I love this layout; the papers, the elements, everything. And I just realized, the layout I did for the scraplift challenge a few weeks back must have originally used the same template.

Thanks! Let me tell you - it wasn't easy, especially since the light was so low. It was the only shot from the top of the ride that turned out. The rest were very fuzzy since that little caterpillar car would zip the other way when I didn't want it to! The photo is acutally cropped in quite a bit. The afternoon parade was going on so I was really taking a pic of that. Funny how these things work out.

I haven't participated in ages and ages! Took a little time while I was helping my son with a project and finished up a layout!

Everything from Valorie Brown's Emmett kit except the red paint embellishment from her Jasper kit.
Modified a template by Amanda Taylor (Trilogy template).
The song is from The Little Mermaid and it sure seemed to fit those faces they made, the little hams!

This was my daughter's wedding cake and the song lyrics are from "You'll Be In My Heart" from Tarzan, which was the song for their first dance.

Since it was me you lifted (and thank you again), nope, I didn't use a template. That England LO of mine was done a couple years ago.

For everyone else, great pages. I have been out of commission this week, my computer got sick *cough cough* and I ended up having to reformat the hard drive *icky*! We were really trying to avoid that since we just bought a new computer for me online and it's enroute already! Hopefully I will be able to do this PINK thing!

Okay, now onto business. The layouts posted this week were fantastic. I'm so glad I passed the duty of selecting the winners off to my kids because there's no way I could have picked a favorite - I love them all.

Anyway, after much deliberation (I printed each layout on a separate sheet, randomly spread them out on the floor, and had my children look them over) the winners have been selected. Drum roll please.....



DD - 21 months old - chose:

When asked what she liked about this particular layout she said, "princess." She's all about princesses these days, so I'm not surprised she gravitated to this beautiful layout.

And DS - 4 years old - chose:

because "the bikes are cool"

AND

because he liked the little girl hugging Pocahontas.

I couldn't get DS to choose just one layout, so there's a bonus winner this week.
