DIS Digi-Scrapper's Challenge #44 (2/11 - 2/17)

Good Morning Digi Scrappers.

Valentine's Day is this week, so this challenge is to show your love for Disney with a box of chocolates and a song.

Here are the rules:

• Your layout must be about something/anything Disney.​
• Use the colors on this box of chocolates - reds & pinks of the box, as well as white, milk & dark chocolate - as your color palette.​
• The title of your page must incorporate the words of a Disney song.​
• Add some journaling and a date.​

Here's my layout:

You have until midnight next Tuesday (2/17) to post your layout. Two winners - selected by my 4 year old son and 21 month old daughter - will win the alpha I used in my layout.

Wow, this one WAS challenging!! But I'm so glad I got to scrap this sweet picture of my DD.

Journaling:
We almost left Rafiki’s Planet Watch, but we stopped to talk to a shopkeeper. She told us that Pocahontas was due to arrive in five minutes. She was the only Princess we haven’t met yet! You were first in line and gave her a great big hug when she came walking through the door.

I used a lyric from "Through my eyes" from "Brother Bear." This was a fun challenge. I love this photo and really didn't know how to scrap it, but this challenge was perfect. Thank you!

This one wasn't easy. It took me forever to do. That seems to be the case with me lately. I really didn't want to use the colors, but I am happy with the result. I still may change it later on, though ...
