I'll have some magic Dairy Milk too please!

I stayed the same this week - but i'd lost 3 last week and 2 the week before, so not too concerned.

My old jeans, that i hadn't worn for 4 years, are starting to get a bit loose on me now too, which is a much better feeling than seeing it on the scales.

Well, its Weight watchers Wednesday again:rolleyes1.....I wanted to lose 2lb this week as this would take me to a total loss of 2 stone.............I am so please, I lost 4lb this week:banana: another silver 7

Stayed the same this week, a bit disappointed but will keep plugging away for next week. Congrats to all those who have lost some great weigh ins this week. Best of luck for next week.

Just an update on me. I only weigh myself once a month and after doing almost nothing but walking and dieting in June i'd only lost a 1lb and yet after dieting but cheating and almost no walking so far in July i've had two people tell me on two seperate occasions that I look like i've lost more weight, so anyone in a rutt or feels like they're putting in more effort than the rewards are worth it, don't dispair, it all even's out in the end!

Nearly at my 2 stone. I've just found out that i'll be going to a wedding in 4 weeks so that's spurring me along. The dress that I love is a tad tight, but i'm determined to get into it by the time we go.

I on the other hand had a terrible WW weigh in.........I put on 1lb:sad2: I am so disapointed in myself because I knew I shouldn't have eaten that box of thorntons:scared1:

It's the first time I have put on:sad2:

going to give myself a kick up the bum

Haven't got round to posting for three weeks, so here we go.The story so far, 8 weeks ago I decided a change of lifestyle was in order (rather than a diet as such) and set a target to lose two stone in 9 weeks ready for our trip to WDW on 01/08.

On Wednesday completed my 8th week with a total loss to date of 25ib (6lb loss in July). The Wii fit tells me I am no longer obese :)

Will probably put on some weight with the free DDP and no exercise but next target will be a total loss of 56lb by Christmas

I joined WW on Wednesday, i have been messing around with diets on and off for the past year and have done nothing but put weight on, so hopefully it will start moving in the right direction now.:cool1:

the class was really quiet due to the holidays, which was nice as there wasn't a big queue to get weighed.

This is what i've gone for, I need to lose weight and a lot of it but regardless of how slow, quick, easy or hard it is the end goal is a healthier lifestyle.

Anyway, I've manintained all the time i've been away. I'd lost 25lbs in total and reached my initial target plus lost a few more. I'd still like to lose 4 more lbs but haven't really made the effort if I'm honest so maintaing is a great result.

Glad to see you're all still going strong. Will spend some time catching up on all your great losses. :thumbsup2

Well its WW Wednesday for me tomorrow and I've just had a take away....aarrgghhh....my excuse....been out swimming all day with the kids in work and then spen all evening helping my mum and dad move in with ME:scared1:..............yes, thats right I now have my parents living with me and I don't know how long it's going to be for:scared1:
