Good luck Martin, I will have my fingers crosed for you.

I only managed a 1lb this week :sad2:, one is better than none I know....but I must do better next week.
 
Yay! One and a half pounds off last night, so only one and a half pounds until WW goal! Gonna walk my butt off each night this week, so that I can finally hit it! It's been an immense journey, but so worth it. I feel great, and can't wait to take lots of new photos in Florida where I don't have to say "Shamu is the one on the right!" :rotfl:
Even better than this, for the first time in my life I got wolf-whistled at by a group of ladies on sunday, walking past them outside a pub!! I actually could have died. I went bright red, but secretly felt really chuffed! Don't tell the missus!! :scared1:
I hope the rest of you 'losers' have a great week! I will hopefully be on here next Tuesday with some before and after pictures to show off x

I have STS which is quite frankly a relief after the vast quantities of food and cocktails consumed at the weekend.

Must start properly tho now -as I have only lost 1/2lb in 4 weeks :lmao:

After a bad couple of weeks and vowing that I would give myself a kick up the bum......I lost 2 1/2 lb this week:cool1:.....I'm so pleased as I'm back on track:thumbsup2

It had been two weeks since I have checked in as we were away camping last week. So after a week of indulgence followed by a week of being good I have stayed the same. We are away again next week so I will be lucky to lose any weight until the little fella hours back to school and I can get back to the gym. Good luck for the following week.

Hi everyone, you're all doing well - well done :thumbsup2

I put on a pound this week - my routine is just gone. Been doing loads of work in the house, kids back at school and getting ready for my cousins wedding, which was yesterday. We had a fabulous time.

So, back to the hard stuff next week - it's the first slip up since April, so i'm trying not to be too hard on myself - just need to knuckle down now and get on with it. I'd love to get another half stone, or more off before dlp in October.

It's tough love, but you need to have something to motivate you I guess. My holiday in 6 weeks has been my goal, and I'm interested/scared to how I'm going to be after that!

I have had an 'interesting' weekend for someone who's supposed to be on weight watchers as well! Had lots of nice long walks on the beach though, so hopefully the 'balance' is somewhat there!!

I'm back joining you guy's again the miserable summer has made me put on a stone and therefore I'm now 1 and half Stone from where I'd like to be, I want to have lost this for 27th November for our Disney trip as I know ill only be putting on while out there. :lmao:

Aiming to lose 2ib's a week not following a set plan just trying to eat healthier and increasing my exercise.

Hope you don't mind me joining in too. I'm off to The World in 11 days!!! Back in January I decided that enough was enough weight-wise and I joined Slimming World. I'd been kidding myself for years that I could do it on my own but kept losing a stone, putting it all back and then starting all over again.
The class is full of wonderful people, and Andrea my consultant is so caring and REASONABLE!!!
So, how am I doing??? First class was on 25th January, just got weighed on Wednesday (30 weeks I think???) and I have lost a grand total of 4st 1.5lb......I'm the lightest I've been since 1993!!!!!
Had to buy a complete new wardrobe for hols as everything was way to big. I've lost 4 dress sizes!!! Gone from a size 24/26 to a 16/18. Still can't believe it!! And the bonus is that DH has lost around the same just through eating the same as me!!

To quote everyone (multi quote) when you are signed in, go to the msgs you want to quote. there is a quote button, next to that- on the right is a multi quote button, click it and it should turn red. do that to all the messages you want to quote, when youre done use the post reply at the bottom left of the last msg.
just make sure you dont delete any of the quotes-you can preview the msg to see how youre getting on. :goodvibes

I have managed to lose 3lb this week and I am really pleased, I think it helps when the kids are back at school and we are into our routines again...and I love autumn veggies so soups are in.:thumbsup2

yeah i waited until today to start again, its nice being in my own routine.
Soups are def in for me too, i usually make carrot and lentil. Had some today ;)
