:cool1: welcome to the April Dis dieters thread :cool1:

Hope you havn't eaten too many Easter eggs this weekend ;)

good luck this month :wizard::wizard:

Just over 1lb off this week so have reached my first half stone in 3 weeks.

Had a couple of cream eggs yesterday to get it out my system ready for a fresh start this week.

Good luck everyone :thumbsup2

Had my first weeks weigh-in at weight watchers today, and I've lost 5 pounds!:banana::banana::banana::banana:

15st7lb to 15st2lb.

I haven't had a single easter egg this year, even though they were selling them for 50p at Tesco this morning!! :upsidedow It was tough walking past those! :rotfl:

I've actually found weight watchers to be really good. I've saved up points for treats, and not actually been hungry at any point (which I was worried about). Another benefit is that I've probably eaten more veg in the last week than in the whole last 6 months put together :rotfl2:

Good luck to every one else this week! :thumbsup2

Fantastic results :thumbsup2

I've had a BIG social weekend and I haven't been good. I weighed myself midweek and I hadn't put on but I'm not looking forward to getting on the scales this week, and the school holidays just make it harder :scared1::scared1: Must get my diet head back on ::yes::

Good luck for April:thumbsup2

I'm dreading my weigh-in too Joanne, especially as hubby and I had a boozy night out on Friday night and then I was a right greedy pig with all the chocolate around on Sunday .. oh well, I guess I'll just have to face the music this Friday :rolleyes1

:wizard: Good Luck to us all :wizard:

 good luck Mandy xx

Well after a STS March I am pleased to announce that this last week I lost 6lbs ..... DH and I decided just over a week ago that we would have a weight loss challenge for April .... nothing like a bit of healthy competition. :thumbsup2 We basically have eaten just veggies and very little else, although we have said we could have occasional treats I have just had a few mini eggs and one slice of choccy cake. I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scales after a week and had lost 6lbs. I am now back to where I was before I fell off the waggon in February. DH also lost 5lbs. I feel we are finally inspired and with the cruise only 5 and a half months away, this is it. No more excuses .... I want to be at target weight by July so I can make the most of the summer sales for cruise clothing :goodvibes:goodvibes

I am just back from my weigh in, slightly disappointed as I stayed the same despite being really good this week. (No choccie eggs for me  ) I suppose I should be pleased as it is *that* week.

Good luck everyone for this week. :wizard:

Hi, WI last friday was very good I have finally lost the 1lb and hit the half stone mark- My first 1/2 stone since starting on WW again!! Sadly we're away atm and we've been having a few too many treats this week so it's be strict diet and exercise when we get back.
