**Dis Dieters- Week Commencing Sun 1st January 2012**

ok...healthy eating off to a very bad start! Big Lindt Chocolate santa's in sale in Waitrose for 45p each! :eek: I haven't eaten it yet and trying to build up the strength to take into work and give to the skinny bird I work with who loves chocolate! Wish me luck that it actually gets there.

I need help with my will power...my DH suggested that we both get in our swimming costumes and take a photo and stick it on the fridge...!
It would be so much easier if Christmas was in the summer so that I would actually feel like eating salad and going out for walks etc....
 
well I braved the scales and the news wasnt great, Ive but on 7lbs :scared1:
However I have rejoined weight watchers and the gym and played 45 mins badminton today so feel like Ive made a positive start. From next week my weigh in days will be Friday :goodvibes

That's a great idea to take a photo now, and then you can take another when you're closer to your goal. Seeing a photo will probably give you all the encouragement you need ::yes:: and to make things even better, maybe the skinny bird at work will have a break-out of spots after eating your choccy :rotfl2::rotfl2:

I'm back to zumba tonight for the first time in 3 weeks, and although I feel rather sluggish, I'm really looking forward to getting back ::yes::
 
Well I weighed on Tuesday and I hadn't put on any more weight over Xmas ... still what I was when I returned from USA in October though which is bad enough. On a positive note ... I have been eating healthier since Tuesday and did my first ever Zumba class this evening, and I really enjoyed it :yay::yay:

My will power is rubbish as well, I wake in the morning with such good intention, that last about 25 mins:rotfl2:, and at 45p I would have had 2 of those Santas knowing me!!!!

I haven't posted on this years diet thread as I've been too scared to weigh myself since after Christmas!

The thread before Christmas really helped me though, and I was able to lose a stone and a bit from September through to Christmas.
However, I know I've put on weight over Christmas! So I will have to weigh myself soon, and get on with losing the rest!

I have just made red mullet and hated it! and because we are waiting for our shopping to be delivered (10-11) Iv ordered a takeaway Feel really guilty but im so so so hungry
 
I have just signed up to My Fitness Pal .... it tracks all your calories and you input what you eat and it gives you what you have left etc. It might be a bit regimented for some but being regimented often helps for me. This is the website:
