It most definitely is! Seven delicious courses with accompanying tipple - most definitely my kinda thing... They happen once a month at a really nice local restaurant - we've been to the last 3 as we can't get too much of a good thing!!!

Yes, tho' he always cuts it fine but I'm used to that! Last night he wasn't home till 10.45pm and out again this morning at 5.30am so I'm more concerned about him staying awake!!! I shall just have to be extra interesting...

Same here, although he went back at a more reasonable hour than 0530
The girls are starting to wonder who that man is that hugs mummy for five mins in the morning....

It might at least be something if he got paid for all these extra hours

Now I come to think of it, I don't think the kids saw their Dad in the morning from 1989 onwards! His 'out of the house' time has gotten longer over the years - currently a 'normal' day sees him leave the house at 5.30am and return at 8pm. He works hard for the money - I'm just relieved he loves what he does... Sorry for going off topic...
