:) welcome to this weeks diet thread everyone ! i thought it would be useful this week to remind ourselves of how far we have come (and how far is left to go !)

please post your full weight loss/goals this week

i have lost 2st 7lb so far and my aim now is too maintain that till our holiday in sept:)

last weeks weight loss was 8.5lbs

Well done Nat - 2st 7lb is a fantastic achievement - just stay off the chocolate ;)

I am feeling fairly positive this week :goodvibes

So far, I have lost (since I first started dieting last year) 1 st 7 lbs (was 2 st 7 lbs but put loads on when I gave up smoking :sad2: )

I would like to lose another 33 lbs ideally but would be happy to lose a stone before I go on holiday in 8 weeks.

I havent posted for a couple of weeks :blush: 3 weeks ago I put on 2 lbs, last week I lost 1.5lbs and this week I have lost 4lbs. :goodvibes

my total so far is 27lbs, I would like to get a couple more off this week, just so I can say I've lost 'over' 2 stone.
realistically I need to lose another 21 pounds but would be happy with 14 off.

never mind, a few more weeks in the gym should sort it out :rotfl2:

I have lost 2 stone 6lbs and really want to lose another 10lbs before cruising in September.

I'm going to be very focused over the next couple of weeks because after that I'll be spending almost a month in Spain and I'm bound to put on a few pounds there! :scared1:

Well I will not weigh in until Thursday but I wanted to congratulate you all on such an amazing amount of weight lost:banana:
To date I have lost 33 pounds and I would love to lose another 19 pounds, but I would be happy with 14 pounds (I could definately deal with that!) My wedding dress already fits me but I would love to have to get it sized down when it comes in:cloud9:
I am thinking of going on the Atkins from now pretty much until we go, well my version of the Atkins that is and slowly increase carbs prior to the holiday. I know the Atkins works for me as I have done it before. I really need another boost over the next couple of weeks if I plan on losing another stone!

Good luck! Restricting carbs totally works for me too - tho' every so often I have to have a carb-filled day just to keep my metabolism guessing! ;) I don't do proper Atkins but avoid all wheat-based and sugary carbs as much as possible... :yay:

Well Done everyone :)

I put on 2lbs this week LOL!!!! I did weigh in after just having the buffet at Pizza Hut. I blame DH as he was off today and we went to Exeter shopping.
 
shame Kaylee but to be honest after a pizza hut buffet I think only 2lbs gain is quite good! i could eat their buffets til i pop

I wont be weighing in this week, because from monday i have just been awful:headache: so i am back on track today, focused again and raring to go! well done to all you that have lost this week:thumbsup2
 
LOL - I know I did go for a work out this morning as I felt very guilty and we are going to the Zoo tomorrow and I might have a treat there ;)
