Dis Dieters, week beginning 23rd June 08

STS this week - I'm not too dismayed as it was my birthday BUT time's ticking by and I really wanted to have lost more weight than this by now... :(
 
I've just had my weigh-in and I have STS this week. I can honestly say I'm getting fed up with this dieting lark ;)

Sorry to hear your feeling fed up Mandy :hug: Perhaps you should take a little break over the weekend and get back to it on Monday.

Ok weighed in! Not as much as las week but I'm still pleased 2lb.

OMG, me too Mandy!!! However, I was having a chat today with my personal trainer about my lack of dieting success and she suggested having 5 small meals per day instead of the usual 3. Apparently eating little and often raises your metabolism - so it's gotta be worth a try, right!? :goodvibes
