we are into the second week of October already!This year is flying by so quickly!! Hope you all have had a good weekend :goodvibes

Lost a pound this week :banana: Not sure how I managed that ;) Must be all of the exerise cause I've been out a few times during the week :thumbsup2

Same here! For me, life's way too short for calorie/carb counting all the time however much I want to squeeze into a smaller pair of jeans... :rolleyes1

Oh dear i've put on 2lb this week but i'm thinking of going to WW instead of Rosemary Conley as i'm struggling with what to eat with this one.
Looks like you can have whatever you like within your points allowance with WW i've only skimmed through the SIL book but it looks much easier

I do WW and find it very easy to follow (when I actually make the effort that is :blush: ). I tried Slimming World earlier this year and just couldn't get my head round it at all. I suspect I may just be a bit thick though as I know a few people who follow it with no problems :rotfl:

Ive been struggling with the rosemary conley diet as well.. :guilty: so i have decided to go back to ww,and i will be getting weighed tonight.
well done nat on losing another pound! :woohoo:
 
well between struggling on the R.Conley diet and going back to get weighed at ww last night, i have lost 5lbs :)
