Welcome to April, and another week of dieting guys

So, how are you getting on ? Do you feel that you are on track to reach your goal for your holidays or another event ?

It seems that quite a few people haven't been posting for a while, are you still keeping up the good work, or have you reached a certain weight and don't seem to be able to get past it, or have you just had enough of dieting ?

:wizard: I hope that if you received choccies for Mother's Day, that they're all gone now and you can get back on track today (I had a little box of 5 Thorntons chocolates, and I devoured everyone of them :rotfl2:)

I have been staying the same for weeks now, so I didn't think that there was much point in posting that! :goodvibes
I am not really dieting anymore, I have been making sure that I stick to healthy choices mostly and if I got a bit mad on the choccies then I am careful the next few day.

Hope everyone is getting on ok.

Hi, I am on fortnightly weigh ins, so there is nothing to report this week. I feel quite well in the swing of things now, but I must be careful as this is where I've let my guard down in the past.

Well a 1lb loss for me this week, although I did have a sneaky Chinese take away for mothers day so assume that had an impact on my weigh in plus my diet lady had to get new scales so I suppose it could have affected it!!! I also went to see my friend that runs a gym to get her advice on my target weight as I am kinda aiming for 10 stone 7 or maYbe 10 stone but she thinks both will be too low for me and thinks I shouldn't go for much under 11 stone or else I will look to gaunt, I guess I will see how I feel when I get there.... I was 11 st 8 this morn so not far to get to goal, also only 1lb away from 6 stone off so that will be a big milestone to hit and hopefully I wil hit it this week if I am as good as can be :thumbsup2.
I spent a little while yesterday planning on what meals we will def be getting as we are on the qsdp and have never done it before, althouh I will be sharing my meals with dd as she is only 19 months so that will ensure I am picking healthy options as she doesn't eat chips etc so they shouldn't be appearing on my plate!!!! But i dread to think what my weih in after the holiday will say :scared1::scared1::scared1:

That is an incredible loss so far. You must be able to see an amazing difference when you look at 'then and now' photos. :thumbsup2
 
Hi all

Been missing for a while but still trying to stick with a healthier lifestyle, I have lost 2lbs since the last time I posted and I am still in the middle of my ideal weight but would like to be at the lower end.

I let my gym membership expire but I have started running instead, I have a 10k and a half marathon to run later in the year so hopefully they should keep me fit and thin until our Disney trip in October.

Hope everyone is keeping up the good work and pushing towards their goals.

Ive managed to lose another 1lb this week - total is now 31lbs.
Although my weight loss has been steady and i can see and feel the difference im starting to struggle a little with the motivation.

Hopefully the lovely weather and the option of healthy BBQ'd chicken and salad will motivate me to lose my last few lbs :)

I can totally understand how hard it is to stay motivated when you've got just a few more pounds to lose, but just picture all those shorts and little tops you'll (hopefully) be wearing soon :wizard: Good luck, I'm sure you'll reach your target soon
 
Another 2½ lbs for me bringing my total so far to 29½ lbs.

A good loss - but it was hard work emotionally this week. I agree with Laura that it's hard to keep motivated 13 weeks in to a diet and I've still got a very long way to go.

I have just weighed in and I am chuffed to bits to have lost another pound, and I think that I am at my lightest since I had my girls. Not sure how long this loss will stay off as I've got a very boozy weekend ahead of me

So my vital statistics are now

LSF 13lbs - 1lbs = - :banana: 1 stone :banana:
