**Dis Dieters- January 2012**

Missed a few weeks checking in here but still working on the weight issue.
Last week I lost 1lb which brough me back to where I was before Xmas and this week I have lost another.

All good so far, good luck to all those trying.

How is everyone getting on this week ?

I'm having a mare of a week. Thank goodness for my zumba classes or I would be dreading my weigh-in tomorrow morning even more

I think comfort eating cuts in at this time of year, hard to get motivated. Have fun at zumba and good luck for tomorrow.

Well I have just weighed-in and I have stayed the same this week, I guess I should be pleased after my bad week, but I'm disappointed, never mind, here's to next week

I forgot to post that I am another 1 lb down ... 3lbs lost altogether now .... still using MyFitnessPal and loving the zumba .. just need to find another class as I think 2 classes a week would really help. The trouble with only losing 1lb a week is that you never really feel the difference ... but I am determined to keep plodding on ... by the end of February I should be half a stone lighter and that might be noticed.

Well done on all you losers and STS-ers and ggod luck for next week.

One problem ... my daughter Louise has picked the Indian for her birthday meal out this evening ... I will be searching out the lowest fat options on the menu. No more Korma for me :sad2::sad2:

I lost 3lbs this week so that is a total of 8lbs so far :goodvibes

Im really sorry I havent kept upto date with this thread, but as some of you who may know me on facebook, Im going through the most dreadful time right now with the company I work for bring put into administration. I lost 249 friends last week that were made redundant and although saved from the first cut, I think its only a matter of time before Im out of work, after 32 years with the same company.:scared1:

Ive changed the thread into a monthly one for now and will pop along and do a new one for February but right now dieting is the least of my priorites, although I may lose more with worry than anything else.:)

Please bare with me and please continue to post and I will pop in and out as I can, good luck to you all x:):)
