DIS December Vets~ What days are Wishes and Spectromagic

Parade typically held at the MK in early December? We are going Nov 29-Dec 6 (Tues-Tues). I know the park closes early and has MVMCP on certain nights. Trying to work on my itenerary. Planning on doing MK our 1st full day (Wed, Dec 1) and last day (Mon, Dec 5). also hoping for MVMCP that Thursday, Dec 2.

Will Wishes and Spectromagic Parade be held either of those days? (Wed, Dec 1 or Mon, Dec 5)?

If I'm recalling correctly from last year ~ SpectroMagic was on Wednesday and Saturday nights. Wishes is every night, but on the nights of MVMCP you will need to be at those to see Wishes from inside the park.

I'm hoping for Wednesday! Do you remember what time Spectromagic was? (Trying to figure out where to make PS and times). We'll do Wishes on the night we go to MVMCP.

Is there no night time electrical parade anymore at MK? The last time I went to MK was in the 80s and I would always skip the daytime parade and catch the 11:30pm one. I think also there was a 9:30pm one that was a little more crowded. I remember the little beetle bugs driving in circles, puff the magic dragon blowing steam, and cinderalla waving good-bye at the end. Don't tell me this is all gone!

I'm going December of this year, what do I have forward to look too at the end of the day especially if I visit during the days when MVMCP is occuring and I have to leave the park before that starts???

We were there in 2004, 2nd week in December and Specto was on Monday night.

Only thing you can do at this point is check and see if MVMCP dates for your week 2005 are out and then figure what dates are NOT MVMCP -- They should have a Spectro one of those nights, but there is no way to know which night for sure until December hours come out. Believe me, I know! I went through the same thing as you last year!

The fireworks(Wishes) begins after the closing time of the park? How much later..Good grief!

On MVMCP nights, the party fireworks are at 9:15. MVMCP is officially 7 to 12 (but you can enter after 4 with just your MVMCP ticket). You have to have a MVMCP ticket to be in the park after the 6:00 regular closing (no fireworks at closing).

Spectromagic was at 9 & 11 on Saturday, 6 on Wednesday at the beginning of December. Wishes was at 10 on Saturday and 7 on Wednesday.
