Not the guy on the left (well my left but their right ) who is having a stroke. It's the dragon. Doesn't everyone know Mnementh is a dragon???

Where did you get this picture, Lou? This dragon totally reminds me of my alma mater, MN State Moorhead, whose mascot is a dragon - as do the red-orange bricks, which are all over our campus.
