Dis Boards Ticket expert needed

I know there is someone on the boards that is a ticket guru---Cheshire Figment possibly?

Here is my question and quandry

We are booked with a Disney YES program. All individuals going have the YES tickets. One couple that is going is arriving 8 hours ahead of the main group. The group coordinator said she was the only one who could pick up the tickets. Yep you guessed it she is in the late arriving group.

Will we be able to change the pickup individual so that the early arriving couple can head into the parks(they would pick up the entire group's ticket and then take them back to the hotel that evening to pass around to everyone else)?

I know the Disney Yes tickets are a great savings but this has been a lot of trouble.
We can't get the ticket numbers so therefore can not get fast passes scheduled. Now some may not be able to use their tickets. AARRGGHH!

The coordinator of the group is the only one that can make changes for security reasons That said, though, I have found when using YES that they are very easy to work with, so I'd suggest that the coordinator call and ask how to get around this problem. Perhaps the early arrival person could be substituted for the coordinator. I'm gonna guess that school groups and such occasionally have a coordinator quit or move on before a trip....so seems like that has to be some way to change the person.

Won't know until the coordinator calls and asks....worst case, nope.....best case, problem solved!
