DIS board hotel discount?

Hi all! Brand new DIS boarder here with a question for all of you wonderful people!

How does one get the DIS discount that I've read about for hotels? Is there some sort of registration/payment that needs to be done here at the DIS, or am I already eligible, since I've now signed up?

As far as I know it's just for HoJo.

If you decide to stay there and can't get the Entertainment Book Rate, when you call the 714 number during Pacific time business hours and ask specifically for "in house reservations" so that you're talking to someone right there in THAT hotel in Anaheim....just tell them that you're a disboards member and would like your 15% discount off of rack rate.

Actually you should, just in case, ask if the Entertainment book rate works for your dates anyway, just to make sure. If not, then move onto the disboard member rate.

Thanks so much!! Unfortunately, I'm not staying at HoJo's this time but after reading all of the posts on this site, I DEFINITELY know better for next time!

Anyone else know if the DISboards rate is good at any other hotel than HoJo's?
