DIS 20th Anniversary!

Surprised to not see anything on here about this yet!

Pretty excited to hear Pete mention during this week's show that there would likely be some sort of 20th Anniversary of The DIS celebration in June 2017!

I'm sorry you can't be there this year...but think it's great that you (and many others) can tentatively start planning for June! So fun!

Well right now I can only hope at the possible chance of being able to go in June next year. I wish I could've made this year work.

I just read through the 17 pages of the 10th anniversary thread. We'll be cruising and miss all of the registration/pick up events so I won't be able to make it to the Monday podcast (we'll dock Monday am but pick up is F/Sa/Sun). Bummed about that but going to make lemonade and hope that I can make it next year in June!

Ask Webmaster John if there is a way to get your credentials on Monday. Can he get them for you? If you are in town on Monday, maybe there is a way to get your credentials and attend. I would PM him.

Lisa, thanks for the thought . I'd considered something like but don't want to ask for anything "extra"...I figure they'll all have their hands full and don't want to be another annoyance.

The nice thing is I'll try to get another trip out of next June, so all is not lost (I'm always planning my next trip it seems ).
