Dirty Laundry

Are there laundry facilities at Old Key West for those of us in a studio? I'm trying to pack light.

There is a facility near each of the pools. Pack light you should have no problems--I always do laundry while the kids swim.

FYI, the machines look like coin-op machines, but they are actually free. o need to stick money in them, but you will need laundry detergent or buy the stuff from the vending machine there. There are laundry facilities at each of the neighborhood pools.

bring your own detergent and fabric softenor - WDW is very, very expensive.

Don't waste time with the dryers. Just hang your wet garmets out on your balcony. Gives OKW that real "homey" feel.

Great idea! This will give you time to sit out there with your can of corn; also a good place to spit chawing tobaccy.
